A leading software solutions provider in Dubai is seeking a Manager to oversee the updating of the CMDB document weekly, create techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate with various vendors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong MS Office skills and good communication abilities, ensuring a smooth flow of revenue in conjunction with the support team. The position involves close collaboration with project managers and continuous follow-ups to maintain effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Updating CMDB document on a weekly basis in coordination with Sales/Logistics.
• Creating techno-commercial proposals on a weekly basis.
• Coordinating with vendors/Distributor/OEMs.
• Tracking warranty through in-house or external tools.
• Ensuring smooth revenue flow with project managers/customers.

Skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office
