𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗬𝗲𝗫 𝗜𝗻 𝗜𝗧 𝗜𝗻𝓈𝓉 (𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲)

4–6 years of hands‑on experience in IT Infrastructure Support / Systems Administration

Strong experience supporting Windows & Linux environments (installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting)

Solid understanding of network fundamentals – switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, Wi‑Fi

Hands‑on experience managing Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and user access controls

Provide L‑1 & L‑2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues

Experience with backup operations, restore testing, and data protection procedures

Monitor and maintain servers, storage, and core IT infrastructure equipment

Coordinate with internal IT teams for planned/unplanned outages, incidents, and escalations

Strong documentation skills for SOPs, incident logs, configuration records, and daily reports

Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and routine tasks

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Excellent communication skills to support department staff and VIP users professionally

Preferred / Good to have

Experience working in highly regulated environments

Familiarity with UAE IT standards, security guidelines, and compliance frameworks

Exposure to virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V)

Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Zabbix, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)

Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE/MCSA, ITIL, Network+, Security+

Ability to coordinate with vendors and external service providers

Experience working in shift‑based or high‑availability environments
