About our client

Our client is a specialist investment manager based in Abu Dhabi, with a focus on global energy transition and sustainable investing. Operating from the ADGM, the firm is actively fundraising for its flagship fund and works closely with institutional investors across the GCC, North America, Europe and Asia. The platform is entrepreneurial, growing, and offers great exposure to senior leadership and the full fundraising lifecycle. This role will be based in Abu Dhabi.

What the job involves

• Supporting the preparation and execution of fundraising processes, managing timelines, deliverables and investor follow‑ups
• Building and maintaining a plan for roadshows, conferences and investor events
• Acting as a key point of contact for investors, responding to information requests and coordinating meetings with senior stakeholders
• Attending investor meetings and calls, capturing structured notes and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Preparing and updating investor materials including pitch decks, teasers, RFP and DDQ responses
• Mapping the global investor universe and monitoring market trends across regions and investor types

Who we are looking for

• Relevant experience in investor relations, capital raising in-house or at a placement agent
• Familiarity with private markets fundraising processes; exposure to minerals, infrastructure or energy transition strategies is advantageous but not essential
• Strong technical capabilities and a willingness to learn a specialist sector
• An ownership mentality, able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experienced user of CRM and virtual data room tools
• Some travel, mostly across the UAE and to the US
