A leading private equity firm in Abu Dhabi seeks an Associate-level Investment Professional to join its investment team. This role involves evaluating investment opportunities across the Asia Pacific, leading due diligence processes, supporting deal structuring, and using data-driven insights to enhance investment decisions. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity or investment banking. The position offers significant exposure to senior decision-makers and cross-border transactions.
Axight is a specialized Asia Pacific‑focused private equity investment manager, headquartered in Abu Dhabi and built to deploy capital at scale across the region’s fastest‑growing markets. The firm combines deep regional expertise with global institutional backing to pursue high‑conviction investment opportunities across sectors, stages, and asset classes.
Axight was established by Lunate, a major global investment management platform with over $115 billion in assets under management, reinforcing the firm’s strong capital base and global deal‑sourcing network. Axight itself manages over US$5 billion and continues to expand its portfolio as part of Abu Dhabi’s broader strategy to grow its influence across international private markets.
As an Associate‑level Investment Professional, you will play a pivotal role within Axight’s investment team, contributing directly to the firm’s ability to source, evaluate, and execute high‑quality opportunities across the Asia Pacific region. You will support all stages of the investment lifecycle – from early‑stage analysis through to ongoing portfolio value creation.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving analytical workstreams, coordinating due‑diligence processes, preparing investment committee materials, and engaging with both internal leadership and external counterparties. Beyond deal execution, you will also support active portfolio management, helping monitor performance, identify growth levers, and collaborate with management teams to implement operational improvements.
This role offers significant exposure to senior decision‑makers, cross‑border transactions, and a diverse set of industries, making it a strong platform for long‑term development within private equity.
