We are searching for an Inventory Management Executive for a Design Services company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands‑on experience with the Odoo ERP system, specifically in Inventory and Warehouse Management
  • Strong understanding of stock control, inventory tracking, and reconciliation
  • Practical experience with Odoo Inventory, Purchase, and Sales modules
  • Ability to manage goods receipt, internal stock transfers, and delivery orders in Odoo
  • Monitor stock levels, including minimum/maximum quantities and reordering rules
  • Coordinate effectively with procurement, sales, and accounts teams
  • Ensure accurate inventory records and timely system updates
  • Prepare inventory reports and analyze stock movement
  • Basic knowledge of updating and managing stock levels on the company website using Shopify CMS
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory costing, valuation methods, and audit processes is an advantage
Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in the interior, carpet, or retail industry is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
