• 5+ years as Inventory Controller in manufacturing/warehousing.
• Expertise in inventory software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete inventory cycle from receiving to dispatch.
• Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Generate detailed reports on stock levels, turnover, and valuation.
• Coordinate with procurement/sales teams for optimal stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee complete inventory cycle – from receiving to dispatch

Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss

Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

Generate detailed reports on stock levels, turnover, and valuation

Coordinate with procurement/sales teams for optimal stock levels

Maintain accurate records using advanced inventory systems

Ensure compliance with UAE warehouse regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years as Inventory Controller in manufacturing/warehousing

Expertise in inventory software: SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl, or similar

Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros)

Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail

Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and JIT inventory methods

Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics (preferred)

Excellent communication in English (Arabic a plus)
