Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory/Order specialist to manage product sample preparation for our sales team. Responsibilities include sourcing and preparing packaging components from a large inventory. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Sample Preparation & Coordination:
  • Organize and prepare materials based on sales team requests.
  • Retrieve and assemble packaging components from inventory.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sample requests.
• Inventory Management:
  • Maintain stock levels and update inventory records.
  • Document all materials used in sample preparation.
• Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all samples meet quality standards.
• Organization & Timeliness:
  • Coordinate with departments to manage sample preparation efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to clarify requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams for timely stock availability.
• Health & Safety Compliance:
  • Follow health and safety guidelines during sample preparation.
  • Properly store materials to prevent accidents.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mandatory Expertise:
  • Experience in inventory or sample preparation, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
• Experience Required:
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Educational Background:
