Job summary

A leading logistics company in the United Arab Emirates is looking for a 3P Team Leader to manage day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and performance in either Inbound or Outbound FC operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and ability to lift heavy objects, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. The role involves mentoring staff, collaborating with various teams, and implementing operational improvements. Flexible work hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work up to 12 hours standing/walking.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• UAE National with family book.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities for safety and quality.
• Set and clarify departmental requirements.
• Ensure safe working practices are adhered to.
• Track production metrics and report to management.
• Mentor and develop staff to optimize performance.
