Job summary

A technology services provider based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to manage patching, security, and compliance of enterprise Linux systems within a banking environment. Responsibilities include planning and executing Linux OS patching, automating deployment processes, and coordinating with various teams. Ideal candidates will have expertise in RHEL/Oracle Linux patching, CLI, and Oracle Database, with relevant certifications and banking experience being favored.

Qualifications

• Experience managing patching, security, and compliance of enterprise Linux systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes for coordinating patch cycles.
• Familiarity with Oracle Database and troubleshooting OS/database-related issues.

• Collaborate with Oracle DBAs and application teams
• Troubleshoot OS‑ and database‑related issues
• Support vulnerability remediation and automation initiatives
