About the job Infrastructure Manager - UAE

The Infrastructure Manager's role would involve:

Designing and implementing the IT infrastructure strategy to support the system, in collaboration with the Solution Architect and DevOps Engineer.

Managing and maintaining the system's infrastructure, including cloud platforms, networks, servers, storage, and related hardware and software.

Ensuring the performance, stability, and security of the infrastructure, adhering to industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Collaborating with the DevOps team to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines, optimizing for scalability and cost efficiency.

Monitoring and analyzing system performance and capacity to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, implementing necessary upgrades and changes as needed.

Developing and maintaining disaster recovery and backup plans, ensuring system resilience and data protection.

Managing relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the delivery of agreed-upon services.

Collaborating with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team.

Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

The Infrastructure Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Health Claim management system by managing the infrastructure that supports it, ensuring seamless operation, and maintaining a secure and optimized environment.
