Overview

🧑🏼 💻 HIRING: IT Specialist.

Location: Dubai, UAE

SALARY: AED 10,000–13,000 per month + benefits

Working model: Full-time, office-based Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with 2 work-from-home days per month

Start date: ASAP, ideally onboarded by 12 February

We are supporting a confidential client with the hiring of a permanent IT Specialist to join their Dubai-based team. This is a great opportunity for someone hands-on, reliable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

💼 What you’ll be doing

• Providing day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and internal systems
• Troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth business operations
• Supporting users in a dynamic, high-energy environment
• Occasional travel to the Abu Dhabi office, a valid UAE driving licence is required

End-User & Workplace Technology Support

• Provide end-to-end desktop support across Windows and macOS environments, including setup, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, software deployment, and peripheral support.
• Support meeting rooms and collaboration technologies, including AV systems, Barco ClickShare, conferencing platforms, sound systems, printers (including A0), and shared devices.
• Ensure workspaces and meeting rooms are consistently “meeting-ready” and fully operational.

Device & User Lifecycle Management

• Manage the Apple device ecosystem (iOS & macOS) using Apple Business Manager and Intune MDM.
• Execute secure and structured user onboarding and offboarding, including access provisioning, device issuance, recovery, and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate documentation, approvals, and asset records across all lifecycle stages.

Cloud & Collaboration Platforms

• Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, user accounts, security configurations, conditional access, and email policies.
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries, and internal knowledge bases, ensuring strong governance and usability standards.

Voice, Network & Infrastructure

• Administer Yeastar PBX systems, including extensions, call routing, voicemail rules, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Operate and maintain Ubiquiti (UniFi) network environments, including Wi-Fi, switches, gateways, VLANs, and guest networks.
• Manage Synology NAS storage, backups, access permissions, and security configurations.
• Oversee CCTV and physical security systems, coordinating with vendors where required.
