We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented professional translators to join our dynamic team.

As a translator at 360 Smart Lingo, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality, accurate, and culturally sensitive translations across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate documents, websites, marketing materials, technical manuals, or other content from source to target language(s) with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with project managers and other linguists to ensure adherence to client-specific requirements and deadlines.
• Perform quality assurance checks, including proofreading and editing, to maintain high standards of translation output.
• Utilize CAT tools, glossaries, and style guides to ensure consistency across projects.
• Stay informed about industry trends and linguistic advancements to maintain best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional translator in one or more language pairs.
• Translation Capacity of at least 2000 w / day Native proficiency in the target language(s) and excellent command of the source language(s).
• Degree (or Certificate) from Translation Studies (or similar) Familiarity with CAT tools (e.g. MemoQ, wordbee, SDL Trados, etc), terminology management systems and Quality Assurance Systems.
• Strong understanding of cultural nuances and localization techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
• Industry-specific expertise (e.g., medical, technical, business) is a plus.
