Role Responsibilities & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Educational Needs, Inclusion, Education, or a related field
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent) from the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience supporting students with additional learning needs
  • Experience working across Primary and Secondary phases
  • Strong understanding of inclusive practices, differentiation, and intervention strategies
  • Experience with IB and/or Australian Curriculum is highly desirable; applicants from other curricula with strong inclusive practice are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and external specialists
  • Previous international experience is an advantage but not essential
