Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Monitor ongoing shipments and coordinate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies related to Letters of Credit.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all current and upcoming shipments.
  • Liaise with product and export management teams to ensure orders are processed according to specifications and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping companies, addressing any service‑related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with banks to ensure the timely processing of Letters of Credit.
Qualifications
  • MBA in Logistics, B.Com, or Diploma in International Trade.
