We are presently seeking to hire a highly qualified Illustrator – Mid weight who is a creative professional with solid experience who plays a hands‑on role in developing and delivering high‑quality visual artwork and illustrations. This role requires strong artistic and technical skills, the ability to work independently on briefs, and effective collaboration with design and marketing teams to ensure all visuals meet brand and project objectives across various media.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create Original Artwork: Conceptualize, develop, and execute original illustrations, designs, and visual assets for a wide range of media, including print collateral, digital platforms (social media, web), animations, infographics, and internal communication materials.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all illustrations adhere strictly to brand guidelines, style, and visual identity to maintain a cohesive and recognizable brand image.
• Artistic Versatility: Demonstrate proficiency in multiple illustration styles (hand‑drawn, digital, vector) and be adept at using various mediums to convey complex ideas simply and beautifully.
• Refinement and Production: Utilize advanced illustration and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) to color, refine, format, and deliver final production‑ready artwork to set specifications.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Interpret Creative Briefs: Attend briefing sessions and liaise with marketing, design, and content teams to fully understand project requirements, target audiences, and strategic goals.
• Conceptual Development: Proactively contribute strong creative concepts, moodboards, and design routes, and adapt existing concepts for new executions and formats.
• Manage Workload: Take ownership of defined workstreams, manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines and milestones.
• Provide Rationale: Clearly present design concepts and provide a rationale for creative choices to both internal teams and, when necessary, to clients.
• Feedback Integration: Confidently receive constructive feedback from senior colleagues and stakeholders, making necessary and timely revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
