What you will need to do:
- Apply for and receive work permits, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with safe work procedures.
- Implement HSE requirements and safety measures to protect personnel, public property, and the environment.
- Verify safety induction and training for all personnel involved.
- Conduct safety toolbox meetings and monitor safety performance.
- Identify and advise on safety hazards and recommend control measures.
- Ensure availability of required safety measures and PPE onsite.
- Monitor the WMS permit system and ensure safe work procedures are followed.
- Manage environmental and waste control measures.
- Inspect site activities like fabrication, welding, and installation for compliance with specifications.
- Perform calibration loop checks and testing on various instruments.
- Oversee pre-commissioning, commissioning, and tube leakage testing.
- Manage installation and commissioning of wellhead control panels and oversee cable and tube laying.
What you will need to have:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Electrical & Instrumentation with expertise in oil & gas, petrochemical, and refinery sectors.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale projects including pipeline installations, substation setups, and utilities.
- Strong background in electrical commissioning, loop testing, and instrumentation systems.
- ADNOC approval mandatory (E&I Foreman/ JP).
- High School/ College graduate or Diploma.

- Has good communication skills.
- Is able to work both independently, exercising professional judgment and coordination skills.
- Has excellent organizational skills.
