Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Office Administrator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Human Resources Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while managing core HR, administrative, and front-office functions. This role is central to maintaining a professional workplace, ensuring compliance with UAE labor requirements, and supporting smooth daily operations as the company builds and scales its founding team.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Client Relations

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and partners with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and client appointments
  • Maintain a polished, organized, and professional office environment

HR & Administration

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Manage employee onboarding documentation and records
  • Coordinate visa processing and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
  • Maintain personnel files, HR records, and internal documentation
  • Support payroll coordination and leave management processes

Office Operations

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility-related requirements
  • Support basic accounting and administrative tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements when required
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management
    Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration, HR, or a similar role
    • Mandatory: Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry
    • Good working knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures
    • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
    • Proficiency in MS Office and standard office management software
    • Warm, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
