Job description

We are seeking a competent and experienced HR Generalist to support and strengthen the overall Human Resources function within our organization. This role is integral to ensuring the effective execution of HR operations, maintaining compliance with UAE labor regulations, and fostering a structured and employee-focused work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and streamlined processes across the organization
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding activities
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with UAE Labor Law and organizational standards
  • Address employee relations matters with professionalism and provide ongoing day-to-day HR guidance and support
  • Coordinate payroll processing, administer leave management, and ensure accurate HR documentation and recordkeeping
  • Manage medical insurance processes, including enrollments, renewals, claims coordination, and related submissions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
  • Support performance management cycles, learning and development initiatives, and employee engagement programs
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation while contributing to strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years of HR experience within the UAE
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and compliance requirements
  • Experience handling government-related processes and payroll coordination
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
