We are hiring: Part Time HR Generalist | Hospitality (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Part Time HR Generalist to support our restaurant operations through a hybrid role, working both on site in Dubai and remotely.

This role is ideal for an HR professional with hospitality experience who understands operational HR and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment coordination and candidate screening
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Employee contracts, files, and renewals
  • Attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
  • Compliance with UAE labor requirements
  • Handling basic employee relations and discipline
  • HR documentation, policies, and SOPs
  • Coordination with management and external PRO
Requirements
  • Proven HR experience in hospitality or F&B
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR operations
  • Comfortable working part time in a hybrid model
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly
Work arrangement
  • Hybrid role: on site in Dubai and remote
