POSITION SUMMARY
This role involves monitoring and tracking employee relations issues, supporting management in handling HR concerns, ensuring compliance with hiring laws and company policies, and maintaining employee records. The position also includes assisting with employee surveys, answering employee and management inquiries, and supporting HR programs.
