This role partners closely with the VP HRBP -International and Professional and key stakeholders to enable the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring workforce readiness and organization effectiveness for both the business and global teams operating in the applicable region. The role is integral to embedding culture, enabling performance, and managing transformation.
