Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HSE, QC, or a related role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans.
  • Support site inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments.
  • Help monitor compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company standards.
  • Participate in incident, accident, and near-miss investigations.
  • Assist in conducting toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions.
  • Monitor use of PPE and safe work practices on site.
  • Support emergency preparedness and safety drills.
  • Assist in inspection of materials, workmanship, and processes.
  • Maintain quality inspection records, checklists, and reports.
  • Help identify non-conformities and support corrective actions.
  • Assist in internal audits and quality improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Prepare and maintain HSE and QC documentation and reports.
  • Support submission of reports to management and authorities when required.
  • Maintain records in line with ISO standards and company procedures.
