Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across warehouse, transport, and operational areas.
• Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and industry standards.
• Report, investigate, and document incidents, accidents, and near-misses.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to staff.
• Maintain updated records of safety documentation, permits, and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with management to improve workplace safety practices.
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions to minimize hazards.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols by all personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an HSE Officer, preferably in logistics or warehousing.
