Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for water and wastewater projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing and managing the HSE framework, monitoring HSE performance, and providing governance for emergency works. Candidates must have at least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Safety, and a NEBOSH certification. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi authorities and standards is preferred. The position offers an opportunity to work on significant infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in major infrastructure programs, preferably in wastewater/water sectors.
• Strong experience in PMC roles for water and wastewater projects.
• NEBOSH or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage program-level HSE framework.
• Monitor HSE performance and trends.
• Provide HSE governance and technical assurance for emergency works.
