Job Title -HR – Talent Acquisition
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, and support roles within a fast-paced gaming and technology environment. This role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent while strengthening employer branding and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer rollout and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop hiring plans and talent pipelines aligned with business objectives.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct search methods.
- Strengthen employer branding through recruitment campaigns and candidate engagement.
- Represent the organization professionally in recruitment-related interactions.
Interviewing & Selection
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical and managerial assessments.
- Ensure a fair, consistent, and high-quality candidate evaluation process.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and hiring updates for stakeholders.
Onboarding & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities to ensure smooth candidate integration.
- Work closely with HR, payroll, and operations teams to complete joining formalities.
- Ensure positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with internal policies and labor regulations.
- Support audits and HR initiatives related to hiring and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
- Experience hiring for technical, creative, or gaming-related roles preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
