A recruitment service provider in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a detail-oriented Manpower Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end-to-end blue-collar workforce management. Responsibilities

  • Register new blue-collar employees in the attendance system and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Extract daily/weekly/monthly timesheets from the attendance system.
  • Verify and validate timesheets, including working hours, overtime, and leave, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for discrepancies in attendance or payroll data.
  • Maintain accurate records of workforce deployment, attendance, and overtime.
  • Support payroll and HR teams by providing validated data in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in workforce management.
