Job summary

A leading IT distribution company in Dubai is seeking an experienced HR Officer to maintain employee records and support recruitment processes. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of HR administration experience and a good understanding of UAE labour law. This role offers a friendly team environment, salary of 6000 - 7000 AED, and benefits including yearly flight tickets home. Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, five days a week.

We are a leading IT distribution company operating through a strong network of Partners and Integrators across the Middle East, CIS, and Africa. Since our establishment in 2005, we have evolved from a traditional IT distributor into a Value-Added Distributor, providing technical expertise, implementation support, and financing solutions to help our vendors successfully bring their products to market.

We are looking for experienced HR Officer to join our team in Jebel Ali office (Dubai).

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour law.
  2. Support recruitment activities in close cooperation with the central HR team.
  3. Coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees in the Dubai office in line with company's process.
  4. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR reports.
  5. Liaise with external partners (PRO, visa, insurance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
  6. Assist in building a positive, inclusive, and supportive office culture.
Requirements
  1. Good understanding of UAE labour law and HR procedures.
  2. Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement processes is an advantage.
  3. 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
  4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  5. English — fluent; Arabic will be an advantage.
  6. Detail‑oriented, proactive, and people‑focused.
