Overview

About Us We are seeking an experienced and proactive Human Resources Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in U.S. HR practices, with specific experience in Texas labor laws and regulations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can develop and implement HR strategies that support our organizational goals, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state (especially Texas), and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Manage employee benefits, payroll coordination, and leave administration.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and retention.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values.
  • Handle employee investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally and legally.
  • Maintain HR records and systems (HRIS) with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide HR metrics and reporting to support business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or HR certification a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
  • Proven HR experience in the United States; experience in Texas is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Texas employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SCP certification preferred.
  • Location: should be based in Dubai
