We are seeking a dynamic HR & Learning Executive to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and driving learning initiatives across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for colleague development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and deliver training programs aligned with Hyatt standards and property needs.
  • Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
  • Partner with department heads to identify learning needs and create tailored solutions.
  • Champion Hyatt’s culture and values across all properties in the cluster.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the hotel industry.
  • Preferred exposure to F&B or Rooms operations to understand departmental needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
