A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an experienced Organizational Development Manager to enhance learning capabilities at their Sharjah offices. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 5-8 years of relevant experience in organizational development. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. This role offers a competitive salary package up to 25,000 AED with excellent growth opportunities.
Our client, an established bank, is recruiting for an experienced Organizational Development Manager for their offices based in Sharjah.
This position is for a highly experienced individual holding a strong background in both strategic and hands-on organisational development solutions. Working alongside the department head you will be part of the team responsible for building the learning capabilities across the group.
A minimum of 5 years related experience in organizational development and / or Training and Skill set.
You will need to be well qualified and possess a Bachelor degree in Human Resources management, preferably in HR Development, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or equivalent.
Clear communication skills are necessary, with fluency in Arabic an added advantage.
A very attractive salary package up to 25,000 AED is offered with the opportunity for further growth and development.
