As a HR and L&D intern you will undergo a 12 months internship. We offer programs where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspects of the specific department.

You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas & display initiative; proactively take additional responsibilities; be the role model & be imparting knowledge to others; create healthy personal relations at all levels and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact to the Hotel and to yourself.

What will I be doing

As a HR & L&D Intern you would be responsible for:

  • Answers telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensions
  • Take messages for HR Office
  • Keep work area neat and organized
  • Maintenance of employee records including personnel files learning history
  • Assist HR Administrator with recruitment and hiring of new team members
  • Assist in maintenance of active list of resources of labor and help coordinate placement of current openings advertising
  • Maintenance of inventory of all training supplies stationary and office equipment
  • Complete daily administrative checklist
  • Take responsibility of Admin related tasks
  • Participate in planning and execution of internal events
  • Liaising with Team Members for requests
  • Prepare training materials (e.g. presentations handouts sign-in sheets).
  • Generate training reports and track Team Members progress.
  • Set up training rooms (projectors laptops seating arrangements).
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions workshops and meetings.
  • Good knowledge of Social-Media and Video making
