Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or employee engagement, preferably in real estate.

  • Ability to design and execute engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and analyze HR data related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and performance.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management decision-making.
  • Support manpower planning and HR metrics tracking.
  • Design and execute employee engagement activities and surveys.
  • Analyze feedback and recommend actions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate recognition, wellness, and team-building programs.

Responsible for:
