This role is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in human resources, working closely with our HR Manager/Senior HR Generalist to support the recruitment process. Your primary responsibilities will include job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews and maintaining employee records. You will also be responsible for assisting in onboarding activities and providing support in training coordination and HR events.

You will be required to handle general administrative tasks and perform basic research to maintain compliance with local labor law requirements. Requirements
  • A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree (4 years).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Attention to detail & ability to handle confidential information.
  • HR Analytic mindset and research-oriented.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in HR.
