Job summary

A leading analytics firm based in Dubai is seeking a Data Analyst to facilitate data-driven analysis, prepare reports, and support business management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the Automotive sector, and expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a focus in Automotive preferred.
  • Experience in big data handling and data analytics.
  • Multi-tasking experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports.
  • Generate and analyze business specific reports.
  • Arrange meetings to identify pain points affecting business.

Overview of the role

To facilitate a data driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to help serve the business & Management better.

What you will do
  • Prepare and circulate Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management & Key Stakeholders.
  • Generation of new and analysis of business specific reports and support the Planning Team and stakeholders to automate the existing planning documents in Tableau / Alteryx / Power BI.
  • Schedule, prepare and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify the pain points with significant business impacts.
  • Generation and Analysis of various business specific reports and publish it to stakeholders.
  • Generation of simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy.
  • Clear communication on the Incentive break-up to the related Stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, Accounts.

  • Highly analytical, excited about data / numbers and generate insights visually.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented with excellent reporting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Management (especially Human Resources) or Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with a 3-year work experience preferably in Automotive.
