Job summary

A leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group seeks an HR Officer in Dubai to support effective HR operations and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR, a minimum of 3 years of HR experience, and strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include managing employee lifecycle, payroll inputs, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labor Law. This fast-paced role is essential for maintaining organizational standards and supporting staff engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally within luxury hospitality/F&B.
  • Familiarity with UAE Labor Law.

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HRIS data.
  • Assist in the investigation of any incident by saving supporting evidence.
  • Attend to employee general requests and inquiries about their employment issues.
  • Prepare the monthly HR report.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
