Role Overview

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role supporting the human resources function, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service for both employees and managers. As part of our team in Dubai, you’ll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with various departments and contributing to the smooth operation of all HR processes.

  • Coordinate daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and record maintenance.
  • Assist in administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor law and company guidelines.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and data management within HR systems.
  • Prepare reports for HR management and support internal HR projects as assigned.
Must have requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources department.
