Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the UAE.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Prepare employment contracts and other HR documents.
  • Monitor and track attendance, leaves and employee absences.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR policies.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams.
  • Support performance review processes.

Skills

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
HRMS experience
Fluency in English
Arabic language skills

The ideal candidate will assist with HR operations including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation and day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and personnel files.
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters and other HR documents.
  • Monitor and track attendance, leaves and employee absences.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Support performance review processes and training programs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in an HR role preferably in the UAE.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRMS experience is a plus.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required (Arabic is a plus).
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
