We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented UAE National for the role of HR Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English with strong administrative capabilities and a commitment to excellence in HR support. This role plays a vital part in maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems and databases.
  • Draft and issue HR-related letters including contracts, salary certificates, NOCs, and experience letters in both Arabic and English.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding process including document collection, orientation, and clearance procedures.
  • Respond to day-to-day employee queries related to policies, leave, and benefits.
  • Monitor attendance and leave tracking in coordination with payroll processes.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • This position is open to UAE Nationals only.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in an HR role is preferred (internships will be considered).
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
