Job summary

A prominent organization is seeking an HR & Admin Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. This role includes managing employee documentation, onboarding, licensing, and visa processes. Ideal candidates should have a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration, along with 1–3 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of SIRA regulations and good communication skills are required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience in UAE, preferably in Security Services or FM industry.
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes & onboarding requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

The HR & Admin Assistant supports day-to-day HR operations for the security workforce, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, SIRA regulations, company policies, and industry standards. The role manages employee documentation, onboarding, licensing, visa processes, contract administration, HR systems, and coordination with Operations, GRO/PRO, and Training teams. Accuracy, confidentiality, and timely follow-up are essential.

Qualifications

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, trackers, reports).
