Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administration Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This key role will support the delivery of a comprehensive range of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient HR operations in full compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Key Responsibilities – HR Administration, Payroll & Employee Support
  • Perform day‑to‑day HR administration activities, including onboarding and offboarding employees, preparing employment contracts, amendments, and maintaining accurate employee records in line with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
  • Maintain and update employee files (digital and physical), HR databases, and personnel records, ensuring accuracy for audits, payroll, and government inspections.
  • Support payroll administration by coordinating attendance, leave records, overtime, allowances, deductions, and end‑of‑service benefits (EOSB).
  • Administer employee benefits, including leave management, air ticket entitlements, medical insurance, gratuity calculations, and other statutory or company‑provided benefits.
  • Handle HR documentation such as contracts, warnings, renewals, and employee letters as required.
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries related to contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, accommodation, and transportation.
Accommodation Administration
  • Coordinate and manage employee accommodation arrangements, including room allocation, records, occupancy tracking, and coordination with camp/accommodation providers.
  • Monitor accommodation and transportation costs and prepare basic reports for management review.
Compliance, Records & Reporting
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are implemented in compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company internal policies.
  • Support visa‑related documentation and coordination (employment contracts, renewals, and employee records) in collaboration with PRO or Government Relations teams.
  • Prepare HR reports related to headcount, attendance, leave, payroll summaries, and accommodation/transport usage as required by management.
Required Skills – HR Administration, Payroll & Confidentiality
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with proven experience handling confidential employee information.
  • Practical knowledge of UAE HR practices.
  • Good understanding of employee accommodation, transportation, and vehicle administration within a corporate or project‑based environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience – Human Resources & Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in an HR Administration or HR Assistant role within the UAE.
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law, HR administration processes, and payroll coordination.
  • Experience in companies managing blue‑collar and white‑collar employees, accommodation, and transportation is highly preferred.
