Overview

Job Title: Housekeeping Manager. Location: Abu-Dhabi. Salary: 900 AED. We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager for a full-time position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the hotel are cleaned to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure high cleaning standards across all hotel areas.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide the highest level of service at all times.
  • Ensure all safety standards and regulations are adhered to.
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers regarding ordering of new materials.
  • Train new staff and develop the capabilities of the housekeeping team.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
