We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to oversee housekeeping operations on assigned floors ensuring that every guest experiences an impeccable standard of comfort and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage housekeeping operations on assigned floors ensuring all areas are cleaned to perfection.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards.
  • Train monitor and support housekeeping staff in their daily responsibilities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and checklists.
  • Address guest requests inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to address any repair or maintenance issues.
  • Uphold safety and sanitation regulations throughout the resort.
