Job Description

Our client a prominent family based in Dubai is seeking a highly experienced and discreet House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury private residence. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury hospitality personal assistant roles or royal/private family experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of household operations including staff supervision and scheduling.
  • Ensure the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors, maintenance providers and external parties.
  • Coordinate private and social events, liaising with chefs, florists and entertainment.
  • Maintain household inventories and manage procurement of supplies.
  • Provide PA-level support including travel arrangements, diary management and personal errands.
  • Enforce household protocols and confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Background in luxury hotels, royal households or high-net-worth private families preferred.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
