The ideal candidates should be professional, courteous, and dedicated to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily operations of the school’s guesthouse, dormitory, or hospitality area
• Welcome and assist guests, parents, and visitors courteously
• Ensure rooms, dining areas, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained
• Support housekeeping, front desk, and room service duties as needed
• Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt assistance
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure smooth operations
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or administration

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, guesthouse, or hospitality environment (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
