Job summary

A leading hotel group is seeking a qualified individual in Ras Al Khaimah for a full-time role focusing on food safety and quality management. Responsibilities include conducting audits, compliance monitoring, and providing training related to quality and sustainability management. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in 4 or 5-star hotels in the UAE.
• Knowledge of quality management and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and report quality & food safety controls of the hotel.
• Implement compliance monitoring according to quality management standards.
• Attend cross-internal audits and conduct supplier audits.
• Carry out laboratory sampling, analysis, and reporting results.
• Provide training related to quality management and food safety.
