Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of purchasing or procurement experience, ideally in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Familiarity with local suppliers and hotel procurement processes.
  • Basic knowledge of procurement systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the hotel’s purchasing requirements in line with established policies.
  • Source and compare quotations for stock items and non-stock requests.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with suppliers for delivery of approved purchase orders.
  • Track market conditions and escalate significant changes to management.
  • Coordinate with Receiving and Stores for quality and quantity of goods.
