Qualifications

• Previous experience in Guest Services preferred.
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Must hold a valid U.A.E driving license.
• Must be physically fit to lift up to 30 kg.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests according to brand standards.
• Respond to each guest courteously.
• Provide excellent first impressions as a hotel ambassador.
• Ensure warm personal greetings for guests.
• Maintain hotel grounds appearance to standards.
• Report suspicious behavior to Security.
