Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, CCTV, access control) is an advantage.
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support to hotel staff and departments.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
