Position Summary

They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert makes sure the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver guest requests and provide service promptly and professionally.
  • Stock carts and replenish supplies throughout the hotel.
  • Clean rooms and public areas, maintaining a high standard of appearance.
  • Move about the space efficiently, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Perform manual handling tasks: move, lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing ≤ 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies.
  • Uphold confidentiality and quality standards at all times.
  • Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
  • Communicate professionally with guests and team members.
