Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome guests escorting them to their seats and ensuring a smooth comfortable start to their visit.

• Table Management: Efficiently handle reservations and seating arrangements balancing guest preferences with optimal table flow to maintain a relaxed environment.

• Communication: Work closely with bar staff and management to share guest updates and preferences supporting seamless service throughout.

• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to answer questions accommodate special requests and enhance their overall experience with professionalism and grace.

• Ambiance Maintenance: Keep the bar area tidy organized and aligned with Delano’s luxury standards to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
